ALBUM INFO
Berry Lefthands fourth album released on the 23th November 2018!
About The SONGS
Originally written in the days of the cold war, this is the musical short-story about the rise and fall of General Ken. 4 rock songs together with a pre- and a postlude. The rest of the album deals with five basic human emotions: the desire for peace, hope, curiosity, fear and spirituality.
This the fourth album in which Berry Lefthand arrange and produce songs he wrote as a teenager. Although the songs were tweaked and adjusted here and there, the main parts were left intact as originally written.
"The Nightmare Of Security" was released worldwide on the 23th November 2018.
In the prelude General Ken has come to the point where he takes control, and starts the nightmare by pushing the button.
In chapter 1 General Ken declares that the Gods has failed, and that he is the solution to make things right.
Chapter 2 is the story about a soldier on the battlefield, who in his last moments finds out, that he has given away all he believed in.
In chapter 3 the soldiers take a stand, and declare Sir Ken (a self-appointed title) for a failure.
In chapter 4 the people take back the control, with a strong wish to live in peace and harmony.
They have a remembrance back to the horrible nightmare, and become completely sure and aware of, that this is not want they want.
The Postlude is an afterthought with a warning to all people seeking power only for their own sake.
The song "People of the World" - was released in memory of John Lennon.
Berry explains: The song was written during the Cold War. And although some political systems are gone, nothing seems to have changed at all. Thoughtful, right? Perhaps the song is a bit naive, but it suggests a simple solution to a lot of problems.
And then there will be peace!

Sitting in a car waiting for the Death to come.
Berry says: He's so scared, that he's just sitting there rambling and trembling with fear, because of the whole situation he has come into.
I looked into the heaven and what did I see?
